I'm so dizzy

I've been home sick all day.... boo....

But I will still be going to the NDSU Jazz concert tonight to work. All I have to do is open a door for the groups to get on stage. Not very strenuous...

I should be feeling a lot better for tomorrow though. I am hosting a Mary Kay party (you heard right) tomorrow afternoon. Robin and Annika are my guests who could make it, and it should be a good time. I know I am normally not the girly type, but there are days when that side of me comes out.

The NDSU financial aid people are idiots. I got a letter in the mail yesterday saying that due to a computer error, my financial aid was given to me when it shouldn't have been. So now I've got a bill of over $3,000. And the person I have to talk to about this was out for the day, and she may be gone on Monday also. All I want to do is graduate, and they are making it hard for me to!!!!!!!!!!!! Bunch of bastards....

I slept most of the day, so hopefully tomorrow I will be feeling much better. Being sick sucks.....

Student teaching...

My student teaching is going allright so far. I had to scold a 2nd grade class today about not respecting me. It was kind of fun to see the looks of shame on their faces...

Last Friday the band went to Craig's house for a gathering of food, beer, and fun. Ed and Jesse weren't there: Ed being out of town and Jesse being a loser and going home right after work... It was a good time being there with the guys. It was something that I needed. I love them all, and I hope they know that....

This Thursday I'm going to The Nestor to see Beat Down play. Beat down consists of some of the guys in the band (Ed, Josh, & Russ), Chris Gould and Caleb Mott. I've heard they are good, and I've heard a few songs from their myspace site, so I am excited to see them.

Mom is doing well. I'm going to call her on Thursday to see how she is doing. I still worry about her a lot...
